The Ascension: A Call to Witness

The ascension of Jesus is not the end of His work but the beginning of the Church’s mission. 

As Jesus takes His rightful place at the right hand of the Father, He entrusts His followers with the task of being His witnesses to the ends of the earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit. 

This moment is a call to action—we are to step forward in faith, carrying the message of Christ to the world with the confidence that He reigns and will one day return.

Though Jesus ascended, His mission continues through us, empowered by the Holy Spirit.
